Bluesocket's WG-2100 Wireless Gateway is currently undergoing FIPS 140-2 Level 2 Conformance Testing in CygnaCom Solutions' Cryptographic Equipment Assessment Laboratory (CEAL). CEAL is approved by the Nat. Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) to perform FIPS 140-2 conformance testing. FIPS 140-2 is a U.S. Federal Government standard published by NIST that enhances the security of information when applied to software & hardware.
