Bluesocket collects information from its users at several different points on our web site. All information on the Bluesocket site is collected with the permission of the site's users.

Registration

In order to use portions of this web site, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration, we require that a user supply contact information, such as their name, address and e-mail address. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed an interest. Established members may occasionally receive e-mails containing information on Bluesocket products, services and activities, as well as special offers and a newsletter. We may also send the user site and service announcements. Members are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service.

We will not sell, share or rent your e-mail address to any other business. Any e-mail you receive will come directly from Bluesocket. And any e-mail you receive will also include a method for removing your address from our mailing list.

Bluesocket reserves the right to disclose information that is required by a court order or public law. In addition, we reserve the right to disclose information when it is required to protect our legal rights or the safety of the public.

Sale of Business

Customer lists and customer information are normally considered business assets. If Bluesocket is sold to or merged with another company, it is likely that this information will be transferred to the new owner.
